B21 Cocktail Bar belongs to the smallest cocktail bars in Prague, dedicated to minimalist bartenders’ mixology. Our bartenders offer our guests a unique experience through their mesmerizing cocktails and bring joy to all our customers. The bar is open for hotel guests and the public, every day from afternoon to midnight. Let’s visit us for a drink a few steps from Old Town Square in Prague. Save this spot as a favorite meeting point while in the center of the city. A summer terrace in a cozy courtyard is available if the weather permits.

Karel & Charlie

KAREL DVOŘÁČEK

Karel has been a bartender all his life, he worked in several hotels in Prague, where he gained international experience. He likes his job, not only because of the nice design but especially because of the atmosphere. He and Charlie have been a duo for a few years now, and guests particularly appreciate their personal service and bartending skills. He recommends visiting Martha’s Kitchen. They serve not only excellent breakfasts but also desserts.

CHARLIE LORENZI

Charlie is a minimalist, likes to use local products, and makes the most of raw materials. His collaboration with Karel has been going on for many years, inside the glass you will always find something special – a touch of history and also a piece of the heart of both of them. He has Italian roots, so he likes to visit Italian restaurants or famous bars, where you can have a drink after a pleasant walk through the city’s picturesque streets. His favorite drink is, for example, an Americano.
